Words can’t express how lucky we are to have found Joan! My husband and I were relocating back to MA, and in a time crunch to find a home we loved. It was my first time moving to the US and Joan's thoughtful and diligent nature really made things seamless and alleviated a lot of my worries, putting me at ease before flying in. In the initial stages being in a different timezone, Joan would initiate zoom meetings during her nighttime to understand the type of place and environment I wanted to live in, help me understand the real estate landscape in Massachusetts and answer all of my questions in a detailed manner. She has great knowledge of the different areas and shared information what to out for etc. After shortlisting a couple a places, she'd view the houses and send over detailed walkthroughs of the spaces. Once I chose a place, she constantly updated me on the status on securing the place and made the entire process smooth. This helped me free up my mental capacity to focus on other aspects I needed to take care of to move over to the US. To top it all off, as I was flying in late at night and the house was not furnished, Joan went the extra mile to provide household items so that I would have a comfortable first night after a long flight without my even asking. Joan was recommended to us by a friend for our house-buying quest in the Boston area, and boy, that was one awesome recommendation. Unfortunately, we could not be present during the house viewings, as we were living on the other side of the country and wanted to buy a house quickly in the Boston suburbs, due to our fast-paced job changes. Joan spent a lot of time parsing through the houses based on our needs. She would go above and beyond to visit the houses, make video tours, and discuss them with us over video conferencing. She made sure we were moving through our search swiftly, which sometimes meant the calls would be late at night. At times, she made the decisions for us when certain red flags were noticed on some houses. She worked with us on strategies to make our offer stand out, and it worked like a charm after a few tries.
