  • There is no charge for consults and Zoom meetings.

    Rentals: A half month’s rent or $3,500 (whichever is higher), is payable once the lease has been signed.

    Purchases: 2.5% of the gross purchase price, payable once the sale is consummated.

  • To rent, you’d typically need to show:

    1. Identification docs, e.g. driver’s license, passport, ID;

    2. Proof of income, e.g. most recent 2 paystubs, letter of employment, tax filings (US residents);

    3. Prior landlord’s reference, if required.

    1. Proof of funds- either a lender’s pre-approval letter, or lender’s statement showing proof of funds.
